What you'll be doing

Responsible for all inventory maintenance and software license management; performs administrative duties for made2manage (M2M), ERP and SQL server; responsible for procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software (includes PCs, peripherals, servers, networking equipment, operating systems and other software). Monitors security compliance in accordance with best practices, standards, policies and procedures. Responsible for configuration and change management, along with maintaining all documentation. Provides strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning to offices and staff in multiple operation, business and functional units. Provides new team members with PC/account setup and orientation, including incumbent office expansions, etc. This includes relocation and installation of voice/data communications solutions, LAN and PC equipment. Provides technical support that requires an on-site presence (server, NAS, network or PC equipment failure), including data backup recovery. Performs complex software/hardware troubleshooting, patches and re-installations. Participates in the identification, development and communication of new technology standards and best practices as appropriate. Responsible for monitoring and testing data backups in offices to ensure that are completed on a regular basis.

What your background should be

Minimum 3-5 years experience in related field. Demonstrated experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, and Active Directory. Ability to use advanced computer functions including navigating the Internet. Ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret data; crystal report and SQL report. Strong oral and written communications skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
