What you'll be doing
- Resets machines and repair minor malfunctions; handle jackpot process wallet pays and exchanging currency for the guest and TITO (ticket in, ticket out) fills Provide customer service to all guest especially to gaming players. Enhances guests game entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment through the celebration of wins. Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during each and every interaction with all guests throughout the shift. Responds to guest service calls within the established service targets. Requires some standing and walking, continuously, throughout the entire shift. Complete all required documents, logs, and reports in a timely and accurate manner following MICS, TICS and other regulatory or company requirements. Comply with internal controls, company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
What your background should be
- Previous six (6) months of cash handling or teller experience is required. Must successfully take and pass a timed math skills test. Must have effective communication skills both verbally and written. Good communication skills. Excellent in computer skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- High School diploma.
