What you'll be doing
- We are on the lookout for a proven General Manager to become a part of our team. The individual will be responsible for managing the growth of many cities all over the United States of America. What You Will Be Required to Do: - Own and manage P&L for all the respective cities. - Collaborate with the CEO in order to set and develop city-specific metrics and strategy. - Co-work with the other General Managers in order to set and implement the most effective practices within the assigned cities. - Run process / product needs and work engineering / product in order to deliver on them. - Supervise city local teams to execute / deliver on the milestones. - Provide assistance for the representatives of the Expansion Team with the launch of new zones and regions.
What your background should be
- What You MUST Already Have: - Solid marketing and sales experience with a consumer facing product. - Prior experience with strategy development & planning. - Five years or more of previous experience in managing and hiring all-star teams. - Prior experience with building products and running operations. - Ability to thoroughly analyze data, make reasonable decisions and execute efficiently. - Entrepreneurial experience in small business, start-up or any side project. - Bachelor
