Operation Manager

What you'll be doing: You, as a Operation Manager, will be required to: - Perform analysis of the sales data all over businesses. - Take responsibility for Tracking / Scheduling / Reporting of Nutrition and IS hardware as well as DoseEdge implementations. - Handle various projects in accordance with the business requirements. - Ensure employee conformance to the existing practices and established policies through providing on-time training. - Be a liaison between supply / manufacturing chain, clients, field service, sales, finance and order processing in order to resolve issues.

What your background should be: Must have qualifications for the Operation Manager position: - Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to actively commit to support and lead. - Client orientation and ability to work in a team. - Ability to participate in continuous improvement activities is a must have for the position in order to succeed. - The incumbent must be result oriented and capable to manage several projects at the same time. - Bachelor
