What you'll be doing

Support end user phone need. provide training, troubleshooting and issue resolution with respect to end user software and equipment need. Track, investigate and resolve work order. Design, develop and test telephony software solution. Monitor, evaluate and maintain corporate telephony VoIP system. Facilitate continuous improvement of enterprise business operation by making best practice recommendation and providing appropriate solution. Administer VoIP telephony system. May provide telephony use case, work flow diagram, system data model and ad hoc report to stakeholder; may research and evaluate new technology and practice and present contract and proposal for internal or external audience. Perform all other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Minimum of 2-4 years telecommunications technician or analysis experience, required. SQL skills strongly preferred. Knowledge of voice analytics preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
