What you'll be doing

Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately and promptly process of valet ticket according to operating procedure. Operate, park and retrieve guest vehicle in a safe but efficient manner. Inventory or count valet parked vehicle and available space. Cooperate with all team member to provide the best possible service to all internal and external guest. Keep all area clean. Report any damage to vehicle or property immediately. Comply with all uniform guideline. Follow all company policy and procedure as set forth in the employee handbook and gold standard. Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.

What your background should be

A solid employment record and previous valet, attendant or customer service experience. Ability to operate a manual transmission. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driving license is required at all times. Good driving record as reported by the department of transportation. Commitment to safety of co workers, guests and vehicles. Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language. Ability to print words and numbers legibly in English. Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers.

Required Schooling / Training

High school education or equivalent.
