What you'll be doing
- Provide a multi functional approach to plan sponsor administration (i.e. eligibility, billing, plan set-up, etc.). Process accurate and timely policy and eligibility data utilizing administration system for claim payment purpose and product production. Provide plan sponsor with accurate bill and ensure fee or premium allocate accordingly across benefit and structure. Incumbent perform a minimum of 2 plan sponsor service function on a daily basis, which may include enrollment, collection, billing and account receivable. Responsible for conducting benefit verification on new or existing company member, ensuring prior authorization has been obtained prior to shipment and ensuring all service cover according to company standard. Review and adjudicate routine claim in accordance with pharmacy claim processing guideline. Review eligibility and investigate benefit in accordance with medical claim processing guideline.
What your background should be
- 1-3+ years call center experience. Reviews eligibility and investigates benefits in accordance with medical claim processing guidelines.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
