What you'll be doing

Provide administrative support to the leasing department. Perform general administrative duty such as answering phone, filing, faxing, processing mail and printing, binding, scheduling meeting, processing travel and expense report and making travel arrangement. Assist the leasing team with the preparation of leasing document. Prepare and maintain the leasing folder. Responsible for preparing lease proposal, entering and tracking deal in internal system. Compiling marketing package for prospective tenant and broker. Assist with preparing or running leasing report. Maintain and regularly update broker mailing list. Assist with organizing special internal event and broker event. Process department invoice and expense for payment. Perform switchboard relief duty as needed. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to facilitate positive relationship with customer, client, co worker and management. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Previous experience working in commercial real estate. Must be familiar with commercial leasing language. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong proofreading and editing abilities. Resourceful self starter; ability to prioritize and multi task. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
