What you'll be doing
- Supervise a staff of 50-60 full and part time employees with a mix of temporary employees as required by volume peaks. Supervise operation of documents, checks; high speed scanning equipment and multiple deadlines interact with site and shift managers, clients and functional partners. Improve the customer's experience by exceeding the expected levels of errors per items processed of 1 error in 30,000 items. Assist in managing an annual budget of over $3mm. Exceed objectives around productivity, quality and timeliness. Develop talent to expand opportunities for advancement and mobility. Develop strategy for the site as well as tactical plans to address immediate business needs.
What your background should be
- A minimum 7 years of experience in leading/supervising medium to large departments, including budget responsibility. Experienced with a culture of driven continuous improvement and managing with data financial skills; ability to manage budgets.
Required Schooling / Training
- BA degree.
