Marketing and Sales Manager

What you'll be doing: This individual is responsible for generating referral and marketing to help maintain a full census in companies independence houses. Increase census by conducting outreach to the local community. Meet census goal and are comfortable with sales technique such as cold calling and contact planning. Build, expand and maintain productive relationship with professional referral source. Develop brand recognition through networking and special event. Plan and conduct event to grow community awareness of service offering. Perform all other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: At least two years of similar public relations, marketing or sales. Organized with the ability to multi task and operate software independently. Action & results oriented. Experience with social media preferred. Experience in healthcare related industry preferred.
