Patient Food Service Representative

What you'll be doing
- Prepare and portion food for patient, employee and special function. Perform various baking task. Responsible for cleaning and proper use of equipment and report repair as needed. Coordinate standard of quality food handling with proper sanitation standard. Follow food preparation and storage guideline as set forth by the Oklahoma state health department. Document meal and snack served each day in accordance with the federal school lunch guideline. Report to the chef or assigned director or manager. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
What your background should be
- 1 year previous food service experience as a cook or in a food preparation position. Experience with the federal school lunch program preferred. Must be able to read and write English and know basic math. Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal or written). Experience completing cash and non cash sales to customers of the cafeteria or other designated food service area.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
