What you'll be doing

Resourceful and motivated individual with great prioritization and customer service skills who functions as a team member by assisting, supporting, and encouraging other employees in any way possible. Proven ability to provide creative solutions to problems. A relentless investigator that digs into issues for resolution. Assure timely resolution to questions and technical requests to meet deadlines; researching and establishing root cause analysis. Write and maintain detailed documentation of user requirements and the design/development of systems. Involve executing moderate to difficult analyst tasks, company methodologies, tools and systems. Thoroughly analyze data received to determine if it sufficiently meets business needs. Act as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility. Test, evaluate, and validate systems for business stakeholders.

What your background should be

Minimal progressive technical and business experience that included analytical thinking, problem solving, researching and interacting with clients. Working knowledge of relational databases and ability to query and modify data is preferred. Basic knowledge of established software development life cycle. Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages is helpful. Ability to utilize resources to keep up with new analytical concepts. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
