What you'll be doing

Work with other agile coaches, scrum masters and product owners across the organization to increase the effectiveness of agile. Guides the team on how to use agile/scrum best practices and principles to enhance the end customers experience and improve productivity. Foster self-organization and empowerment within the team. Recognize when issues arise and proactively address them with the team. Be a clear and concise communicator at different levels throughout the organization as the audience changes. Ensure the team is meeting its goals and be transparent throughout organization with risk and escalations. Employ facilitative leadership, with a balanced approach to inquiry and advocacy with teams and leaders. Proactively seek opportunities to improve your craft. Set the ground rules with how people outside your team interact with the team.

What your background should be

The incumbent should have experience in related field. Must carry current acknowledgment card or certification issued by state agency. Must be willing to abide by restrictions placed on his/her job by state agency. Must be a certified nursing assistant. Must have good communication skills.
