What you'll be doing
- Recruiting, interviewing and placing IT professional in full time direct hire position with companies client. Providing the highest quality customer service to candidate. Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidate. Participating in industry trade association and networking event to increase companies presence within the local IT community. Strategizing with teammate to accomplish weekly business growth goal. Keeping track of all application file away important notation such as gender, race and ethnicity. Meeting with hiring manager to determine job duties.
What your background should be
- 2+ years of business to business development experience or working in an IT related field is preferred. Self confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency. A strong desire to succeed.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor or associate degree preferred.
