What you'll be doing

The project manager is responsible to serve the executive staff, oversee the coordination, and work flow of multiple projects within the company. Applicant will interface with other office staff members about new projects, plan and schedule those projects with outside staff and contractors, and oversee the entire process from start to end. Maintain escalation of issues to senior management as is required to ensure a timely completion. Monitor projects and oversee potential risks for delays and mitigation as necessary. Coordinate of large cross-departmental meetings. Act as the project leader for other teams. Develop and manage project plans including scheduled, resources, budgeting, communication, and procurement.

What your background should be

Minimum 2 to 3 years of project management experience required. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong Microsoft office experience (PowerPoint, project, Excel, Word).

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree is preferred.
