What you'll be doing

Develop assessment plans, IAW design operations, test & evaluation (DOT&E) policies and guidances. Review and ensure the assessment plan is within guidance. Configure and manage enclave network environment IAW customer support policies, procedures and standards. Communicate with all assigned assessors or observers to ensure data is being collected at the appropriate sites, levels and according to mission objectives. Understand local rules of engagement (ROE) as contained in the exercise. Understand ROEs, OPORDs, EXORDs and DAA letter guidance will frame exercises and how this guidance may impact cyber security assessment. Ensure all users have the requisite security clearances, authorization and need to know and aware of their security responsibilities before granting access to the IS. Ensure configuration management (CM) for security relevant IS software, hardware and firmware is maintained and documented. Ensure all IS security related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individual.

What your background should be

5 to 8 years of technical experience. Five years of experience with local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN) and workstations. Must be certified information assurance technician (IAT). Must possess TS/SSBI within the past 5 years. CISSP certification within last 2 to 5 years. Experience with vulnerability remediation; specifically working with green teams supporting cyber security & mission assurance assessments. Experience with cyber security assessments.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in the information technology or computer security.
