Community Organizer

What you'll be doing: This position is responsible for patient enrollment across multiple practices in a market. This is an ideal position for someone with a community organizing, political campaign, grassroots marketing or event planning background who would like to be part of an entrepreneurial health care organization attempting to build a movement. Building relationships between health care and community members through a variety of tactics that incorporate both grassroots organizing and traditional marketing approaches, including coordinating health fairs, open houses and educational sessions designed to help seniors live their best life. The candidate manages a small team to leverage grassroots tactics identifying and acting on opportunities to improve health. The incumbent establishes partnerships in the community with local influencers, caregivers, organizations and people who share passion for improving patient care.

What your background should be: Must have 3+ years of community organizing, political campaign or event planning experience require. Access to personal transportation as this role will involve a substantial amount of movement within the area. Should have experience in health care. Familiarity with local community and ability to leverage knowledge to organize successful marketing events required.
