What you'll be doing

Determine the client & agency strategy and lead the team in execution of those plan. Maintain end client facing relationship as well as nurture the internal agency dynamic with the client network of agency. Operate as the day to day lead for agency partner to resolve issue, provide status and ensure peak campaign performance while maintaining excellent client service. Effective team management and communication with a focus on leading, delegating & prioritizing team deliverable. Collaborate with all level of internal & external media agency. Drive innovation programmatic subject matter expert. Provide monthly revenue forecasting to internal stakeholder. Participate in organic & strategic new business pitch. Assist the account director in the strategic direction of new & existing account, offering first class support to ensure excellent delivery at all time and provide valuable takeaway for agency team to communicate to their client. Participate in new client onboarding as well as new employee onboarding. Propensity to eloquently speak to all digital media channel.

What your background should be

Must have 4+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management or optimization, or digital media operations. Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues. Prior experience leading a team or working with a direct report. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to direct a team. Ability to proactively approach situations and diffuse tensions. Ability to organize and manage detailed work.

Required Schooling / Training

Four years college degree.
