What you'll be doing

Support the compensation function and senior HR management by generating standard and ad-hoc firm wide reports and analytics. Project lead for IC/TC tracker database projects. Work with HR finance to support the cash accrual process for the annual discretionary incentive plans and related analytics. Lead and participate in the development of reporting and modeling tools. Generate ideas to improve compensation processes as well as provide recommendations for possible solutions to reported issues. Actively lead and participate in firm-wide projects involving compensation, including changes in compensation practices and systems development.

What your background should be

Minimum 4 to 6 years of HR/compensation or relevant finance experience is required. Proven ability to be analytical and manage large amounts of data accurately and effectively. Ability to handle high level of confidentiality concerning employee information and data. High level of proficiency with PowerPoint; advanced proficiency in excel required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, and decision-making skills. Strong project management skills; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities.
