What you'll be doing

Maintains client files; obtaining or completing appropriate paperwork, filing, copying, tracking and routing. Contacts open clients within thirty minutes of any pertinent changes in their care. Performs support duties related to the supervision, instruction and motivation of licensed and non-licensed field staff and include related documentation of such activities. Responds to client/employee problems as requested by supervisor/manager of the division and represents the department in a courteous and professional manner. Informs scheduling supervisor of scheduling changes, hotlines, performance/attendance issues, and any other problems occurring in the field. Documents schedule changes, client/employee concerns, etc. In accordance with protocol. Performs clerical functions such as filing, copying, distributing, logging and mail sorting.

What your background should be

Minimum six months experience in general office setting is preferred. One year experience working with the elderly, disabled or infirmed. Customer service experience preferred. Must have good communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
