What you'll be doing

You will lead a cross-functional team of internal and external vendors to adhere to project schedules as well as integrated business processes. You will be responsible for detailed project plans and documentation that outline roles, responsibilities, risks and communication plans. You will be responsible for monitoring, tracking issues, corrective action plans, project status updates, maintenances and risk response plans. You will be responsible for assembling the project staff; for technical or functional development, performance or termination during the project or projects. You will be also responsible for performing other task as assign by your authority.

What your background should be

Ability to communicate project status in a coherent, organized and comprehensive fashion across all levels of the organization. Experience with project management software. Experience in business systems applications, business process analysis, workflows and procedures. Experience specifically in HR, finance or back office business systems helpful but not required. PMP or PMI certification preferred. Other relevant experience, a plus.
