What you'll be doing
- Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas. Maintains confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as required. Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to associates on proper customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within company guidelines and standards. Provides pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, maintaining controlled medication and required documentation. Performs other duties as assigned by management if required.
What your background should be
- Incumbent should have experience in related field. Must have pharmacy license. Must have good communication skills; interpersonal skills. Should have basic computer skills. Advanced in Microsoft suits like Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Multitasking ability.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in pharmacy or PharmD.
