What you'll be doing

Provide a full range of superior, proactive customer service, consultative sales and relationship management to credit card member. Handle inbound call from card member enrolled in a reward program and ask probing question to enable the recommendation additional product and service when appropriate. Resolve card member inquiry at the first point of contact, whenever possible. Evaluate each account using supporting technology. Educate card member on product or service that will enhance the relationship with their credit card company and increase the companies profitability.

What your background should be

1-2 years customer service or sales experience telephone experience strongly preferred. Ability to handle high call volumes and make sound business recommendations. Knowledge of telephone sales techniques is preferred. Ability to remain highly motivated in a service and sales environment. Highly energetic with motivation to appreciate card member loyalty and assist card members and other team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on probing. Ability to lead a conversation.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree preferred.
