What you'll be doing
- Develop new strategic and tactical marketing activity to enhance member offering, grow loyalty brand awareness and drive margin-positive revenue. Drive growth and ongoing development of the loyalty program to deliver positive change to membership volume, purchase behavior and attrition. Collaborate with cross-functional team including marketing, store operation, e-commerce, buying-merchandising and other stakeholder to ensure loyalty partnership initiative are embedded throughout the Omni-channel shopping experience. Manage and assist with the operation of the program forecasting, budgeting, project management and execution of strategic marketing plan. Analyze reward program benefit performance and develop tactic to enhance key performance driver. Identify and segment customer group across all channel and division. Apply loyalty marketing tactic across all channel and market. Assist in the development of a marketing plan, program launch and ongoing advocate for new program and marketing opportunity centered on increasing customer retention, order frequency and experience. Lead and steer the creation of category specific loyalty marketing tactic, taking advantage of existing brand marketing/product campaign and also driving the generation of data capture specific campaign. Develop and improve process to facilitate the creation and delivery of the right message at the right time to the right consumer. Ensure correct set up for data capture activity so that effective and actionable consumer insight can be generated Manage gift card program to ensure growth and profitability. Gather industry specific research data to recognize and react to loyalty marketing trend. Develop and conduct proprietary research plan to gain insight on targeted consumer that help guide the overall evolution of companies general and loyalty marketing activity.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of marketing experience familiarity with business analytic tools. Experienced in the use of social listening tools and social media management tools and web analytic service (Goggle Analytic, Adobe, Web trends, etc.) strongly preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
