What you'll be doing
- Greet customers immediately, consistently suggest promotions and additional merchandise to every customer. Set appointments, make regular customer contacts via the telephone, email or written correspondence. Partner with the experience or events team on store events, support pre-reserve and new campaign launches. Close every interaction with a business card and offer to be of future assistance, keep client contact information safeguarded and updated. Achieve financial goals, maintain repeat business of 26%, seek out new clients by traveling the store during downtime. Be familiar with product, store, catalog and web promotions, regularly attend all product training classes. Maintain a high level of professionalism in both appearance and demeanor. Work to exceed the customers expectations. Be available and easily accessible to store personnel. Meet and assist VIP clients requesting personalized service.
What your background should be
- Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in sales and client development. Must have background in sales and experience in client development. Must be extremely organized and enjoy working with children. Possess ability to multi-task and to effectively adapt quickly to the pace of the business. Must possess a strong ability to work with a broad and diverse work force and customer base. Must be team oriented, have high energy, demonstrate flexibility and have a positive attitude.
