What you'll be doing
- As a CPO project manager s/he will oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, and both quality and performance reporting. S/he will lead teams in the delivery of high-quality programs and solutions that meet business needs. Create detailed project design documents and task-level project plans to organize cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements. S/he will also prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.
What your background should be
- Should have previous experience in planning and managing large projects. PMP and six sigma certification and project management institute certification is required. Prior experience in the health solutions industry. Must have good communication skills; interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
