What you'll be doing
- Serve as a role model to members and staff and live the mission, vision, and values of the company movement. Develop, manage, and monitor sports program operating budget and meet or exceed budget targets. Coordinate the development and management of branch and sports programs to meet the needs of the community and achieve association-operating objectives. Establish and maintain positive relationships with school administrators, counselors, teachers, parents, students, and other community service providers. Facilitate program and employee evaluation and assessment. Develop the branch annual budget and provide monthly financial reports of the budget. Participate in and solicit others to participate in the branch annual campaign; coordinate campaign efforts with a volunteer campaign director. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Prior experience working with youth leadership or development or company professional work in a related field preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Ability to supervise, train, and support program staff. Client company leadership certification preferred. Current CPR/first aid/AED certification. Mandatory reporter certification.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in sports management, recreation, or related area.
