What you'll be doing
- Establish process to ensure consistency and integrity of investigation and corrective action across North America. Manage and monitor current investigation process for kaizen and JKK opportunity. Develop additional process to ensure consistent practice, reduce risk and strengthen capability of HR across North America. Identify and resolve complex problem impacting risk and capability of affiliate investigation and corrective action activity across North America. Work closely with peer and upper level of management across multiple divisions and North American manufacturing companies to quickly resolve issue. Provide consulting service for local HR group as to best practice for conduct complex, urgent investigation.
What your background should be
- An investigation background. HR generalist experience helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated project management skills. Proficient in written and verbal communications. Effective problem solving skills. The ability to work effectively in a team setting. A customer service focus and high sense of urgency.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, industrial relations or business, or equivalent work experience.
