What you'll be doing
- Build organizational capability to achieve business strategy by enhancing the organization effectiveness and performance. Engage associate and coach performance. Consult with internal business partner to match organizational need with the appropriate solution. Assess learning need, design, develop and deliver learning intervention. Select appropriate media for delivery to include online tool or content and other blended learning solution. Review and analyze audit document and data to identify what can be used to evidence meeting operational standard.
What your background should be
- Prior work experience with curriculum design combined with stand up and delivery of complex content. Computer literate (MS Word, Power Point, Excel). Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Knowledge of client companies internal policies, procedures and systems.
