Associate Director

What you'll be doing: Conducting presentations for customer meetings as the subject matter expert to present findings and recommendations to customers. Analyzing and interpreting various forms of utilization, claims, demographics, and other healthcare data to identify potential areas for medical cost improvements via products, services and other market trends. Creating a clear, compelling assessment of root causes and actionable/non-actionable contributing factors. Quantifying value generated by historically implemented solutions. Negotiating complex situations and sensitive situations with a tactful and positive attitude. Communicating and presenting information to customers and internal teams in an articulate and professional manner. Serving as a subject matter expert to internal teams and customers on healthcare cost and quality topics.

What your background should be: Minimum 5 years of healthcare data analysis experience is required. Demonstrated ability to develop and give presentations for executive-level audiences on a regular basis. Advanced level Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to successfully within a sales environment. Ability to travel up to 40%.
