What you'll be doing

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a customer centric environment. This position will also perform store operational task as needed. General purpose customer service, basic selling skills, front-end operation, merchandising and retail operating standard. Utilize operational interactivity to comfortably connect with company customer, understand their need and present solution. Respond resourcefully to customer request and concern. Process accurate and efficient sale and return transaction. Create an inviting environment for customer by maintaining a neat and clean store. Perform front end responsibilities such as cashier, return, and reserve on line pick up in store with no impact to the customer experience. Adheres to all company policy procedure & safety standard. Perform other related duty as assigned.

What your background should be

Customer service experience in a retail environment. Able to engage and speak to customers. Able to work a flexible schedule. Cashier experience needed. Must have good communication skills.
