What you'll be doing

Work with less formal structure on issues that are more complex. Serve as a resource to others and is sought out as expert in field. Review the work of others for quality and accuracy. Develop innovative approaches and manage letters of credit, comfort letter, and parental guarantee process. Manage the global intercompany loan process. Issue commercial paper to fund daily treasury operations. Prepare and reconcile reports for daily, monthly, and/or quarterly distribution. Prepare cash flow, foreign currency and debt/interest expense forecast and conduct variance analyses. Administer derivative portfolio and debt rate resets, settlements, and prepare counterparty exposure reports. Manage indenture, credit facility, and lease covenant compliance process. Conduct complex capital structure and funding strategy analysis. Support credit rating agency analysis, reporting, and presentations.

What your background should be

Minimum 3 plus years of treasury or finance experience. CPA / CFA / CTP will be plus. Values teamwork and team contributions above self-interests. Highly self-motivated and career-oriented professional. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to resolve complex situations under adverse conditions within short deadlines. Advanced excel, PowerPoint, and word skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics.
