What you'll be doing

Handle a wide range of administrative and support related tasks. Follow through on issues in a consistent and timely manner. Flexible, resourceful and efficient even under pressure or time constraints. Proactive with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Effectively prioritize tasks. Open customer accounts by recording account information. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Maintain all customer services rules and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management if required.

The applicant should have experience in related field. Have strong written and oral communication skills. Expert computer skills. Advanced in Microsoft Suits like Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude. Great customer service skills.
