What you'll be doing
- This Position is a brand ambassador for the company. Candidate need to swap a motherboard or hook up a home theatre system blindfolded. Install an LCD in an SUV. quickly and accurately manage the inbound and outbound phone calls and successfully manage the escalation process with third party vendor and internal service centre repairs. Run the administrative functions within the company and manage department communication. Manage product shipping and receiving. Perform basic software repair/installation and light touch repair to product. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience. Need to knowledge about general electronics or computer repair. 1+ years experience diagnosing or repairing PCs or consumer electronics phone experience.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
