What you'll be doing

Responsible for providing front line support and service to current and potential customers to meet their everyday banking needs. This include marketing and cross-selling product and service, as well as performing customer service, branch operation and teller function in a non-traditional retail environment. Process a variety of customer transaction accurately and efficiently in adherence to bank policy and regulation such as cashing check, processing deposit and withdrawal, loan payment, cash advance, transfer, and issuing monetary instrument. Perform opening, closing, and other branch servicing duty such as cash and vault balancing, ordering cash, card, check and other supply, completing log, report, audit and control check, maintaining and servicing automated teller machine, and cleaning work area. Open and perform account maintenance on certificate of deposit, consumer and business account, assist with courtesy and collection call as needed, seek assistance from more knowledgeable branch staff when necessary. Address customer question and concern by phone and in person, file dispute or refer to appropriate internal resource for resolution as appropriate. Pro actively seek way to develop and expand customer relationship through marketing display, call program, and other prospecting technique. Achieve personal sales and referral goal by identifying, marketing, and cross-selling banking product and service beneficial to customer needs. Enhance customer satisfaction and the professional reputation of the Bank by warmly greeting, engaging, and developing good professional relationship with customer and host retail partner. Practice branch security procedure and protect customer confidentiality and privacy. Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
