What you'll be doing

Consult and advise business partner in development of communication content for internal and external client. Guide business on best practice and current/future communication strategy. Manage end-to-end communication request of medium to large scope, ensuring key stakeholder and peer partner are involved and informed. Analyse and scope size of effort, develop time line and process, and coordinate integration with IT and project team. Prepare and review other operational communication tactic (member and employee communications) as needed in support of project. Serve as a resource to less experienced team member on routine escalated issue. Facilitate and support cross-functional team effort to assess root cause of request, evaluate current state and communication channel, and identify specific communication goal and objective. Develop content ensuring alignment to business objective, enterprise communication philosophy, and adherence to regulatory compliance. Act as a primary point of contact for assigned CoSA communication portfolio/channel.

What your background should be

4+ years general business experience, including 3+ years communication or project management experience. 4+ years writing or editing experience and presentation skill. Demonstrated project management skill. Experience working in and facilitating cross-functional team initiative. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Experience consulting with and advising senior and middle management.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in journalism, English, communication.
