What you'll be doing

Full-life cycle recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, offers and candidate relationship management while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process by effectively utilizing recruitment tools, processes, and methodologies. Candidate directly report to the senior manager. Manage assigned requisitions, to include candidate flow/data entry in applicant tracking system. Maintain and exceed staffing metrics to measure recruiting/hiring success. Ability to identify, collect, analyses and leverage data and metrics to drive a data driven business decision. Work in a fast-paced, high energy, collaborative hiring environment, where recruiting and hiring decisions are made quickly and diligent follow up is necessary. Manage competing demand, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible to changing business requirement. Establish and maintain meaningful relationship with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally etc. Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorney. Support new hire orientation and on-boarding activity.

What your background should be

Minimum 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with large technical organization. Knowledge and extensive previous experience with server-based applicant tracking systems is required. Experience driving a metric driven recruiting process with proven performance result. Excellent written & oral communication skills. Must be flexible, have a sense of urgency and be self-motivated. Must possess excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to create and manage strategic alliances with the line customer.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in business administration, management, human resource management or directly related discipline.
