What your background should be

Minimum one year of managed care experience or related behavioral health care experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with medical terminology and/or ICD-9 codes.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in related field preferred.
