What you'll be doing
- The client company is currently looking motivated restaurant manager with a passion for customer service. As a manager of the restaurant, the candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant and charged with ensuring guests have the remarkable restaurant experience that they have come to expect. S/he is responsible for performing motivating and leading hourly team members in both the front and back of house. Utilize a friendly, positive outlook working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and control systems.
What your background should be
- A qualified candidate should have 2 to 4 years of full service restaurant experience. S/he must be service orientated and should have knowledge in POS operations (digital dining). Must have good communication skills.
