Sales Support Specialist

What you'll be doing

This position is responsible to provide administrative support and assistance to a centralized sales function by preparing and processing new customer accounts in compliance with policies and procedures. Gathers and reviews necessary documentation and information within designated time frames. The incumbent is also accountable to communicate with sales and other internal staff and customers. The candidate responds to inquiries, resolves problems, and obtains additional documentation needed to support the sales process. The successful candidate performs other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

3 years of experience in sales related responsibility. Must have proficiency in computer, especially Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously. Should have the ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
