What you'll be doing

The sales representative will be responsible for selling new and existing premedia services to company clients, which may include but is not limited to creative services, content creation, digital asset management, pre-press services, photographic services and interactive technologies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing action plans for penetration into companies existing account base, as well as new business development. The selling process is complex and may involve multiple service offerings that are delivered across the premedia/digital solutions global network of operations. Create value beyond initial sales opportunity. Identify strategic prospects throughout targeted organizations. Assess identified opportunities and formulate effective strategy to pursue. Initiate and grow relationships with key client senior executives. Develop mutual beneficial partnership. Retain and grow revenue; grow account share. Meet sales budget requirements. Interact with manufacturing divisions and corporate staff to develop proposals, pricing and credit terms, with the goal of negotiating terms and spot contracts with prospects and customers. Develop business plan to maximize profitability.

What your background should be

Minimum 5-7 years of outside sales/new business development experience in the premedia/digital solutions environment is required. The ideal candidate must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial edge, and have experience working on both small and large complex accounts. Candidate must possess a confident personality suitable for handling cold calls and account management. Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication are mandatory. Candidate must possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics and be extremely self-motivated. Ability to apply market knowledge relative to competition, market share, opportunities, etc. is essential. Demonstrated experience in analyzing trends, pricing, and competitive programs is a must.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree is preferred.
