What you'll be doing
- As a Field Service Manager, the person will assist, measure, and develop Field Service Technicians through leadership, training, and guidance. Field Service Manager will make sure that the team of Technicians deliver outstanding, world-class customer service. It is the task of the Field Service Manager to assist Technicians in troubleshooting customer questions and issues. The Field Service Manager will ensure products are installed properly, timely, and according to established manufacturer and industry standards; deliver frequent coaching and performance evaluations to each Technician, providing detailed feedback and determine specific areas for improvement and further growth.
What your background should be
- 1-2 years field service professional experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school degree
