What you'll be doing
- The Property Manager is expected for managing the apartment community for the company with the objective of enhancing operating performance by executing the responsibilities personally or through subordinate supervisors. The position reports to the Regional Manager. It is the function of the Property Manager to reconsider and investigate (as needed) resident problems about malfunctions of utilities or furnished household appliances or goods. Property Manager will handle resident complaints and issues concerning other residents or visitors. Moreover the person will work with management in maintaining and adjusting rates, monthly renewal rates, and incentives.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of property management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree
Who is the client company
- provides full service multifamily property management. Also works to maximize revenues by maintaining high occupancies and to judiciously monitor expenses in order to increase the NOI.
