What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for performing mechanical, pneumatic maintenance, electrical maintenance, adjustments and inspections on the optical facilities related equipment and machinery. You will do this mainly through the use of preventative maintenance schedule. You will also need to monitor the production/facility equipment on a daily basis. It will be necessary that you prioritize your own work schedule to assure minimum impact on production. You will need to be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, diagrams and equipment specifications. You must provide guidance and delegate workflow to less experienced technicians. This is a team setting.

What your background should be

Requires 5+ years of maintenance experience. Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. Basic computer skills. Optical maintenance, customer service, inventory management system, ISO experience is needed. You must abide by all safety regulations established by the company. Must be certified in at least two of the following categories: Pneumatics, Electrical, PLC Programming, Plumbing, Vacuum systems, HVAC, Pumps, Compressors, CNC and engineering.

Required Schooling / Training

HS diploma/GED.
