Senior Business Analyst

What you'll be doing: Create detailed requirement specifications based on defined business requirements. Work closely with key business stakeholders to enhance current solutions and develop new ones. Provide input into and oversight of project definition and solution design for requested new features and operational enhancements for internal systems. Act as the liaison between the business units and the technology organization, to manage business priorities, communicate changes in scope or schedule and call out risks. Perform impact assessment and define the scope of requested changes and enhancements to existing solutions and new solutions. Adhere to and assist project requestors in adhering to the appropriate software product development process. Define the scope of projects including all internal user touch points and processes. Identify tasks and work with the development team to estimate development costs for proposed projects. Drive and project manage product development projects from inception to customer delivery.

What your background should be: A minimum 7 years of progressively responsible business analysis experience is required. Must have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills and an exceptional ability to work well with others to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above. The ability to build relationships, influence key decision-makers and collaborate on a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets and levels of experience is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment that requires flexibility and the capacity to quickly learn and assimilate information/new skills is essential.
