What you'll be doing
- Branch Manager will involve in business development activities, such as presentations and public speaking events. The qualified candidate will be accountable for training and motivating branch workers, including cross-selling services. It is the task of the Branch Manager to open and close branch in accordance with operations and security policies and procedures of the organization. The person will ensure compliance with established sales/referral target/goals. Branch Manager will direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
