What you'll be doing
- Analyze production requirements and capacity data to determine production schedules, equipment and human resources requirements needed to produce required products, plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation while collaborating with the appropriate IMM management to establish production planning and control strategies. Work with master scheduler to determine sequence of productions, assembly and any other related operations. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity. Identify methods for improved automation of scheduling process. Prepare weekly and monthly planning and scheduling reports showing month to date and historical information to measure schedule adherence, scheduling change factors, per cent order complete information and future KPI to be determined. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity. Manage schedule for multiple production forecasts. Provide work direction to other members of the supply chain team. Conduct CPFR calls with customers. Perform other duties as assigned.
