Business Systems Consultant

What you'll be doing: Provides technical assistance in identifying and documenting automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Coordinates test plans and testing activities of the coordination team. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes to the DMAN 1.0 system. Gathers data and prepares necessary reports. Updates reports and databases used by the client group. Be the voice of infrastructure maintenance coordination during project review and requirements creation, and communicate back with this group. Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, significant issue tracking, and communication at the team level. Reports to a technology manager. Provides enterprise wide support to the deployment of operating system maintenance program across the company.

What your background should be: Minimum 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and design. Must have some experience with technical process documentation. Expert skills with MS office products, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, etc. Ability to drive team staff meetings when necessary and track outstanding deliverables for the team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience creating PowerPoint presentations. Experience with data analysis understand of infrastructure support. Strong relationship management experience. Basic understanding of project management methodologies. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
