Report Analyst

What you'll be doing: The organization is currently looking for a report analyst. The report analyst will responsible for data gathering; writing queries and running reports for supervisor or others in the department. S/he will check reports for correctness of data. S/he will also perform moderate to complex analysis of reports and interpret the data for others. The candidate will explain variances and make recommendations. The successful candidate will research and resolve moderate to complex query writing and report running problems. Perform other duties as assigned by management if required.

What your background should be: One to three years of general business experience is required. Previous analytical experience strongly recommended. Proficiency with proprietary it systems such as impulse and Magellan. Demonstrated advanced skills in spreadsheet software such as Excels and relational database software such as access and/or other software programs such as business objects and/or SPSS. Ability to analyze and interpret statistical reports.
