What you'll be doing
- As an ideal cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products. Duties of this position will include learning and applying all IHOP-specialized galley terminology, plating, menu items and procedures. Also includes set up of equipment, verification of stock and cleaning while maintaining IHOP sanitation standards. Candidate need to work on day shift. A qualified applicant must have to impress customers and owners by friendly behavior, communication skills, walk and sit while frequently using hands to grasp and other regular task.
What your background should be
- A qualified applicant must have good communication skills, able to stand, walk and sit while frequently using hands to grasp, reach with arms and hands, stoop and kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move 20-30 pounds. Flexibility to work other shifts as needed. Candidates are required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
